Product Function:

The product has many types of welding machine head, which can meet different requirements of consumers. Users can choice one or more welding machine head according to the tube diameter and the used space.KHGC series is appropriate for the welding of tube to tube, tube to elbow, tube to flange, tube to valve body and tube to unions. Because of its extremely small dimensions, the KHGC series is the perfect solution for application with tight access restrictions. Fill the chamber with shield gas before welding can provide good protection and form the beautiful appearance and good quality of the weld seam. The duplex clamp inserts makes the work piece orient correctly without the orient spot welding.
Through on-site testing, it proves that the welding machine head is effective and reliable with Maxon motor and Maxon gears. All welding parameters fully programmable. Up to 100 programmers storage. All operational process is controlled by PLC system with its touch screen.
