2 equipment performance
2.1 function
2.1.1 There main press of this welder has one main hydraulic cylinder and four guide columns. The main pressure is adjusted .
2.1.2 The welding power is DC.
2.1.3 The cross rod is load one by one by manual and auto fed.
2.1.4 The flat bar is position in the starter by manual and auto cycle fed to the stop bar position.
2.1.5 There are two cross rods one weld time. We can make 2 type center dimension of cross rod. There are 50\100mm.
2.1.6 The straighten device is designed also. It is adjusted by manual first and auto working.
2.1.7 The operation has two ways. Manual and auto operation method.
2.1.8 There are primary current and voltage display in power cabinet.
2.1.9 We adopt the PLC control. The parameter can be set in many steps.
2.1.10The panel out feed system is guided in line.
